The World Council of Muslim Communities, represented by its President, Dr. Rashid Al-Naimi, signed a memorandum of understanding on Wednesday with the Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad, represented by its Secretary General, Dr. Abdallah Boussouf; At the World Council headquarters in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi.

The memorandum of understanding, according to Bossouf, includes a number of points that provide for cooperation and exchange of experiences in the fields of education and training courses, and the organization of seminars and cultural activities of common interest.

For his part, Dr. Ali Rashid Al-Nuaimi, president of the World Council of Muslim Communities, praised the role of the Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad, which has the function of informing and anticipating migration problems, highlighting that this role is integrated with the objectives of the World Council of Muslim Communities, which works to build bridges of trust and respect between our societies, and stresses the need for young people to live with the values ​​of tolerance and coexistence.

Al-Nuaimi said, in a speech on the occasion, that the most important thing we need today is to instill a culture of coexistence and respect for societies and people’s privacy, and this confirms the importance of the memorandum of understanding; His goal is to launch a strong partnership in the cultural and educational fields.

For his part, Dr. Abdallah Boussouf, Secretary General of the Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad, praised the signing of the agreement between both councils; He also highlighted the role of the World Council of Muslim Communities to enable these societies to integrate positively in their countries, to achieve harmony between commitment to religion and belonging to the homeland, invoking its objectives that seek to achieve intellectual and cultural change. in Muslim societies. in various countries of the world.
