Security services reach residents of Mgouna Castle

The mobile units for the registration of identification data of the General Directorate of National Security, in the city of Kalaat M’Gouna, have begun to provide proximity services and issuance of the national electronic identification card for the benefit of citizens residents in Bachaouia and the Kalaat M’Gouna district.

The security teams, assigned for this purpose by the General Administration of National Security, are working to receive citizens from the neighborhoods of the city of Qalaat Mgouna and neighboring douars, with the aim of issuing these identification documents, that are considered among the necessary documents in the daily life of citizens.

The General Directorate of National Security intends, through these mobile units, to bring the identification document completion service closer to all citizens without traveling and long journeys to the national card completion centers in Boumalne Dades and the city of Tinghir.

Sidi Mohamed Afifi, Dean of Police at the Regional Security Communication Cell in Ouarzazate, said, in a statement to Hespress, “If the General Directorate of National Security adopts the so-called proximity policy in its strategy; It activates it on the ground, since throughout the year it mobilizes mobile units for the registration of identification data, through visits to various regions of the Kingdom, especially rural ones, to bring this service closer to citizens”.

Sidi Muhammad Afifi added that “the General Directorate of National Security is interested, each time, in benefiting a greater number of citizens, to relieve them of the difficulty of moving to the centers near them.”

In this regard, the same spokesman clarified that the current campaign, which was launched on September 28 and will continue until October 5, is targeting the inhabitants of Qalaa M’gouna and the minority community.

It should be noted that this process was well received by the local population, who affirmed that this type of initiative embodies the motto of the General Directorate of National Security represented in “security at the service of the citizen” and “bringing the administration closer to the citizens”. ”

The mobile units will move tomorrow morning to the head of the Dades Thursday market, in order to issue national identity documents to citizens until Saturday; While the residents of the Makon village address will benefit, from next Monday to Wednesday, from the same process.

This morning, Thursday morning, the Chief of the Police Commissioner of the city of Tinghir and the representative of the General Department of National Security and Regional Security of Ouarzazate visited the aforementioned mobile units made up of a security team from the General Department of National Security at the central administration level and a security team affiliated with the National Card Execution Department of the Tangier Police Station, to accompany the process of issuing national identification cards to citizens.
