Within the framework of the collaboration between the National Association of Independents and the European People’s Party, the leader of the demonstration, Mustafa Baitas, received on Thursday night a delegation of the youth of the European People’s Party, which includes young people from various European parties affiliated with this European alliance.
In his speech, Mustafa Baitas referred to the depth of Moroccan-European relations, highlighting the need to strengthen and consolidate them at the service of the common interests between the two parties, reviewing the profound and structural reforms undertaken by the Kingdom of Morocco in several fields under the leadership of King Mohammed VI.
In his speech, the same party leader also referred to Morocco’s efforts on a number of issues such as immigration, security, climate and investment, stressing in this regard the need to intensify efforts and discuss ways to find solutions to current and future challenges according to comprehensive and participatory approaches.
In relation to the national theme, the leader of the collective reviewed the developments of this archive, and also stopped at the great development efforts that the southern provinces of the Kingdom know under the leadership of King Mohammed VI.
In a related context, the European People’s Party delegation met with a youth delegation from the “Ahrar Party”, and the meeting provided an opportunity to discuss prospects for developing joint cooperation, as well as an opportunity to brief the delegation about the size of the development reforms with which the Kingdom is familiar.
The two parties agreed on the need to organize joint annual activities that include the exchange of visits and experiences in the economic, social and cultural fields, and create a space for communication between the young parliamentarians belonging to the National Assembly for the Youth Rally and their parliamentary counterparts from the EPP Youth to advocate and defend youth issues and all issues of common interest.
