In this regard, Mohamed Zinedine, professor of Political Science and International Relations at the Hassan II University of Casablanca, said that “the king’s speech praised the countries that sided with territorial integrity, and sent clear political messages regarding content and time.

Zinedine added, in a statement to the online newspaper Hespress, that “some countries are still standing in the gray zone and playing on the two strings, including France, given that Rabat and Paris have many diplomatic and political approaches to influence each other in politics.” .
